Prior to joining Softcrylic, Brett had worked with global brands such as Aflac, Home Depot and Charter Communications in various capacities from leading usability analysis & design, product management, and overseeing complex analytics implementations. Although diverse, each of these roles had analytics as the core. He personally enjoys the challenges of diverse, cross-channel experiences and developing, simple, elegant solutions that drive data-driven online strategies.
